The Model 9105 is single-seated, heavy-duty, unbalanced cage valve. It features a compact type 05 pneumatic diaphragm actuator. The spring-type actuator provides either direct or reverse action as specified.

Bonnet Type

Plain: For process temperatures between 32° to 450°F (0° to 232°C). Die formed graphite packing
can be used for temperatures up to 750°F (399°C).
Extension Column: For process temperatures from -150° to 32°F (-101° to 0°C).
Radiation Fin: For process temperatures to 1050°F (566°C). Not furnished with cast iron bodies.
Bellows seal: Used when a positive stem seal is required, for process temperatures up to 750°F
(399°C).

Bonnet Packing

Bolted Box: PTFE V-Ring standard, Optional PFTE graphite or die-formed graphite

Cage

One piece with seat machined into cage
Available either with equal percentage or linear characteristics

Trim Material

17-4 PH hardened stainless steel trim standard. Stellite and other alloys trims available as options
PTFE soft seat also available for class VI shutoff.
